Country Roses

Yesterday, for the first time in a very long time, I made a visit to The Country House, the largest country store on the East Coast ... and almost in my back yard.    There was a sign on the door stating that no photography was allowed inside ... so I spent most of my time outside amongst the beautiful roses.

I have a bad case of envy right now! Things are just barely beginning to warm up and bud out here so seeing all these luscious flowers, hmm. I love the smell of roses, nothing on earth quite like them. You've taken some beautiful shots once again my friend :-)

These roses are beautiful. I guess they must have staff that tends to these plants cause roses require regular care.
The colors of the roses are beautiful -- I especially like the one that I would call "Candy-Stripe"
Seeing those goose decoys in with the flowers looking so real made me think I need one. Well....maybe in the past when I had more flowers; but not now.
Hope we can have an adventure together in our near future
